How to buy Markibar
Three parts to every Markibar setup.
A grinder is a ten-year purchase. The burrs, cleaning kit and bar fittings are what keep it dosing accurately every shift, so this page is laid out in that order.

IZAGA W grinds by weight to ±0.2 g; IZAGA uses the same platform with timed dosing at a lower price; ORHI brings Instant Dose to a smaller footprint. All three are delivered, installed and set up by Workflow.

Frequently asked questions.
The grinder pre-grinds and holds the next dose, so the barista gets a full dose the moment the portafilter is presented – about 0.8 seconds on the IZAGA W – instead of waiting for the burrs. On-Demand mode grinds fresh for each shot.
If you measure coffee waste and want every dose within ±0.2 g regardless of burr wear or bean, the IZAGA W (grind-by-weight) pays for itself. If you run a single coffee and are happy to calibrate timed doses, the IZAGA gives the same burrs and build for less.
Yes – the Cinoart PTB is compatible with the IZAGA range (as well as Mythos and Anfim grinders), so tamping happens directly below the grinder outlet.
Grinders are delivered, installed and calibrated by Workflow, with barista training on site. Genuine Markibar burrs and parts are available here and our technicians handle servicing – request a callout.
