How to find a part
Three places to start.
Most parts here can be fitted by a barista or manager. If you are not sure which part has failed, a callout is quicker than guessing.

Not every service part is listed online, as some are fitted only by our technicians. Email service@workflow.coffee with your machine and a photo of the part, or request a callout.
Markibar and Cinoart equipment carries one year parts and labour, covering manufacturing faults in normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse or failing to follow the correct operating procedure.
Yes. Additional charges may apply for travel and training, and the work is not covered by warranty.
