About Workflow
We run cafés. We chose this equipment for them first.
Workflow is the Irish distributor for Übermilk, Markibar, Cinoart and Osborne, run by the team behind Coffeeangel’s ten cafés in Dublin and Monaghan. Every machine we sell is one we pour from ourselves, every day.
Why Workflow exists.
We didn’t set out to be a distributor. We set out to make Coffeeangel’s bars faster and more consistent at peak, and the equipment that did it – Übermilk for milk, Markibar for grinding – wasn’t available in Ireland. So we imported it for ourselves, learned it inside out, and other cafés started asking where they could get it.
That is still how we work. We only take on equipment we would put in our own shops, we install and train it ourselves, we keep the spares and detergent in Dublin, and when something breaks our own technicians fix it. If a product doesn’t pay for itself behind a busy bar, we don’t sell it.

Installation and training.
Every Übermilk, Markibar and Cinoart unit is delivered, installed and commissioned by Workflow, with barista training on site and a starter kit of consumables so you are pouring on day one.

Service, spares and callouts.
Genuine parts, filter discs and detergent held in Dublin and shipped across Ireland and the UK. Our own technicians handle servicing and callouts, and we know the faults because we see them in our own cafés first.
