The BPA-free replacement for our Cambro 12QT square. This is the half-height FreshPro CamSquare in translucent, food-safe polypropylene. It suits smaller cafés, lower-volume shifts or plant-based milks alongside an Übermilk PB. The container and a fitted lid are supplied together.

Why FreshPro

BPA-free and EU compliant. Polypropylene contains no bisphenol A, so it's ready for the EU ban on BPA in food-contact materials (Regulation (EU) 2024/3190).

Recessed, moulded-in handles save up to 25% shelf space compared with protruding handles. Drain holes help them dry hygienically.

Curved corners let you pour cleanly from all four sides and make cleaning easier.

Graduations in litres and quarts help with stock rotation and portioning.

Square footprint wastes no fridge space. The containers stack when full and nest when empty.

One lid fits three sizes: 11.4 L, 17.2 L and 20.8 L.

Care

Wash, rinse and sanitise before first use and between uses. Don't use for hot-filling above 71 °C, and don't use abrasive pads.
