The Osborne MM3M is the compact Übermilk-compatible milk chiller — purpose-built for specialty coffee sites that need milk-optimised temperature control in a small footprint. At 520 × 350 × 520 mm and 23 litres, it holds three 6-pint bottles, five 4-pint bottles, or one 13.6L Übermilk-compatible pergal on a reconfigured shelf. It keeps milk at a consistent +1°C to +5°C — the same milk-optimised range as Osborne's full-size chillers.
The MM3M solves three different problems depending on your setup. For busy multi-group bars, it works as a secondary milk source positioned close to the Übermilk — minimising hose length, keeping milk at optimal temperature right up to the point of frothing, and eliminating the barista trip to the under-counter during rush. For smaller single-group sites with compact under-counter runs, it's a right-sized primary chiller — full milk-service specification in a footprint standard units can't match. For kiosks, pop-ups, and countertop-only setups, it provides a complete Übermilk-ready solution where a conventional under-counter unit won't fit.

The MM3M occupies a category with no direct price comparable. Generic mini-fridges at €200-300 aren't milk-specification and void warranty if drilled for Übermilk. Full-size under-counter units at €1,000+ are dimensional overkill for compact deployments. The MM3M at €1,195 is the only Übermilk-compatible, milk-specification chiller in this size class.
The value case depends on deployment. As a secondary source on a busy multi-group bar, the MM3M pays for itself when it saves 5 minutes of barista time per day during peak service and reduces milk waste from better temperature stability — roughly 18-month payback on conservative assumptions. As a compact primary for a single-group site, it saves ~€280 versus stepping up to a 180ES, with 35W less power draw saving further ~€80 over seven years. As a countertop deployment, it's the only functionally correct choice — the only alternative is accepting the compromise of a domestic mini-fridge or managing without.

Single top-mounted 38mm Ø milk tube port factory-fitted by Osborne. Compatible with standard Übermilk ONE intake hoses. The top-mount configuration means the Übermilk unit sits alongside or above the MM3M, with the hose routing vertically down into the chiller — ideal for countertop deployments where the Übermilk and MM3M share counter space. For under-counter deployments, the top port routes up to an Übermilk above the counter.
Free delivery to the Republic of Ireland on orders over €150. Typical lead time 2-4 weeks from order, subject to Osborne factory availability — shorter than the undercounter chillers because the MM3M is Osborne's highest-turnover milk chiller. Workflow will confirm stock status and estimated delivery window on receipt of order.
Countertop, secondary, or under-counter deployment. Requires standard 13A socket within hose-reach of Übermilk unit. No structural requirements, no plumbing, no rear clearance needed. For under-counter deployment, the 520mm height fits comfortably under most counter configurations with clearance to spare. For countertop deployment, ensure stable surface and adequate ventilation — the compact size means heat rejection is minimal but not zero. Workflow can advise on optimal siting for Übermilk pairing.
2-year parts and labour warranty on the sealed refrigeration system and all Osborne-fitted components, honoured in Ireland by Workflow Coffee. Factory-fitted milk tube port does not affect warranty coverage. Excludes cosmetic damage and user-induced faults.
