The Force is a revolutionary, adjustable constant pressure impact tamper system with auto levelling built-in.
Radically different from conventional tampers, the award-winning Force generates a 'punch' when sufficient pressure is applied using a spring-loaded mechanism. Thereby minimising risk of RSI for baristas in high volume sites.
The impact generated will be same each time ensuring a consistent tamping weight. The auto levelling plate also aides in achieving a level coffee bed thereby reducing channelling and delivering even extractions.
QUALITY & CONSISTENCY
Repeatedly achieving delicious and channel-free shots with a conventional tamper requires a barista with a high level of skill, technique and consistency. Minor variances in distribution, downward pressure and / or trueness of level will all affect the quality of the espresso shot produced.
